Whether you’re looking for self-care and relaxation or need some help reversing the signs of aging or the ravages of acne, a membership at TLC Medispa will keep you on track and the cumulative effects will amaze you! Terms & Conditions

A picture ID and credit card are required to enroll in a membership program.
Your chosen membership is a 12 month agreement and each membership offers a set allocation of treatments each month.
For the TLC Medispa Membership Program, you will be charged a one time fee at the time your contract is agreed to. For all other membership plans, dues will be charged to your credit card every month for 12 months.
Memberships and treatments are not transferable.
All membership offers are already discounted and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, coupons or gift certificates.
Spa membership dues do not include gratuities. Credit card gratuities are not accepted so please plan accordingly if you wish to include gratuity.
If you purchase any additional services throughout the month, your credit card will be charged per service upon check out.
If you do not schedule and redeem one or more of your membership services during any particular month, you forfeit those particular services. Treatments cannot be changed or carried forward into subsequent months if unused. No refunds or credits will be issued for missed and/or late appointments.
If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, without 48 hours prior notification, the appointment cannot be re-booked that month or carried forward to the following month.
You may not downgrade or cancel your membership during the 12 month commitment period.
